Last night, I ordered Wingstop at this Roseville location. Since I was feeding 4 people, I decided to go with the 30 bone-in wings(15 bbq, 10 lemon pepper, and 5 original hot). I placed my order at 9:50 pm through the app and decided to go pick it up. I think the options for delivery through all apps is ridiculously overpriced and Wingstop is only an 10 minute drive away, so why not go for a drive? As I pulled up to the shopping center on Sunrise & Cirby, I could see 2 of the employees working. We were greeted as soon we walked in and the woman working asked if we placed our order or were we placing an order. It was only 10:02 when we arrived from placing the order from home and she told us they were just finishing it up. While we waited, the empty dining area had tables and chairs and was very clean since there was no one inside. At this location, they have the soda machine with tons of flavors. I definitely like this location way better! They're nicer here! When she handed us our order, I had ordered a large ranch to share and when I had asked for some of their ramekins, she happily handed me about 6 of them. I tipped them for speedy and AMAZING service and she tried to say no, but I refused to take it back. They work hard here and there was an option online to tip, but I don't like tipping that way. We could see how thankful she was and she went to share it with her coworker. On the drive home, we snacked in the fries. They were perfect... soft but with a thin crisp. Seasoned perfectly. Hot... almost too hot, that we should have waited, but they're good like that! The wings smelled great. I had a few things to do before sitting down to eat... so after being home for 20 minutes, when I sat down to eat my lemon pepper wings, they were still very hot!! Super delicious (my favorite flavor of so many to choose from)! They were able to keep the flavors separated between 2 boxes. Thank you so much for fast and amazing customer service. I only want to order from her from now on!
